Hilary & David – 17th January 2015
Six years to the day that Hilary and David said I love you, they were married. Right from their very first email, we knew that we wanted to be a part of their wedding day… Our instinct was that it was going to be a total blast from start to finish. They are completely in love with each other and are so much fun to hang out with – and we get to call it work.
The plan was always for snow and we managed to organise some. It was SOO worth the drive for the amazing views, the incredible winter sun and brilliant chat!
Mr and Mrs Poulton you two rocked out January 17th 2015 – we would not have missed your wedding for the world. Hope you skied your socks off on honeymoon. Thanks for sending us that email… Enjoy this first glimpse of your perfect winter wedding,

Hopetoun House is magical pretty much most days. But the day of Nic and Oli’s wedding it seemed to have an extra layer of something. Perhaps it was the weather (impeccably behaved for once), or the sweet sound of laughter on the breeze, or just the general vibe of all things extraordinarily perfect…
Alex and Molly are the kind of people who embrace life and all it throws at them. Including what we can only be described as the windiest wedding I think we’ve ever been at (think winds of 50 mph – enough to take out huge stone planters) And the result was a wedding day that was even more magical that anyone could have imagined.
Their spring wedding was beautiful in spite of the rain (think one of the wettest days ever). Actually it was a little more beautiful because of the rain. As family and friends dashed for cover under mutlicloured brollies there were smile, giggles and lot of togetherness. And what could be better than cosying up in Drumtochty Castle as the wood burners crackle?
Lovely photos guys! LOVE that ring photo in the icy grass…
Such amazing photos. The snow scene is just gorgeous and I love the cake!
