Some people are so warm that the first time you meet them it’s like you’ve been friends for life.
As Joe and Elias greeted us (with bear hugs rather than hand shakes) we knew they were our kind of people. The kind of people who make life about the people around them rather than the stuff they have; the kind of people who appreciate the little things; the kind of people who value love. Yup we’d hang out with these two any day of the week. They are super-smart, incredibly well-read and completely and utterly devoted to each other. Oh and also a whole lot of fun!
Elias and Joe two words – thank you! We feel so privileged to have been invited to tell the next chapter of your story – your wedding. And what a chapter! You treated your guests to an incredible day filled with all the good things. It’s no surprise to us that everyone had a ball.
Here’s a little taster of your wedding day…

Signet Library weddings are the one of a kind. Partying in a library is so wrong and yet so right. Stunning, sophisticated and yet so wonderfully relaxed, it’s the kind of space you’ll not want to leave. Your guests will be wowed by the downstairs library… until they are transported up the magnificent staircase to the upper library. And from then on the party is literally next level. Fact.

Katie and Michael’s Mansfield Traquair wedding was all about enjoying every single minute. Which was pretty easy as literally this pair walk into a room and bring the party.
Dundas Castle is always magical at the start of autumn. The trees are on the edge of turning and when you step inside the Castle the smell of the fires welcomes you. For Alice and Daniel September is also a pretty special month as it’s also the month they first met (at Glasgow University fresher’s week).
Beverley and Mark’s Drumtochty Castle wedding was personal and perfect from beginning to end. They had all their favourite people involved (from Stepdad Ross and his brother Charlie conducting the service through to friends playing the organ). Oh and one of the best surprises had to be Mark’s family serenading this pair (we will always think of you when we hear the song Alleluia )
