A Christmas wedding at the Signet Library is the stuff dreams are made of. Especially when Planet Flowers added their festive finesse, crafting tables bedecked with Christmas-clad candelabras, brilliant book baubles, and gilded tomes as table names. The table plan, piled high with oversized books and quills, was nothing short of storybook perfection.
Rosie and Callum not only created a picture perfect vision but took time to plan the day from their guest’s perspective – spoiling them with lots of treats from live music to flowing food and drink and a round or two of espresso martinis. There were so many highlights – from their wedding ceremony through to speeches (genuine and funny at the same time) and of course a dancefloor that was jumping and where ceilidh dancing could have been considered a high risk, but ridiculously entertaining sport 🤣
And of course the whole room rendition of The Twelve Days of Christmas. The 100% participation says a lot about how much family and friends threw themselves into the celebrations. Because this pair are worth celebrating.
Thank you for R and C for letting us into your wedding world. Getting to know you has been a delight from beginning to end. Together you make an incredible team. We are soo looking forward to catching-up and sharing all of your images…

Signet Library weddings are the one of a kind. Partying in a library is so wrong and yet so right. Stunning, sophisticated and yet so wonderfully relaxed, it’s the kind of space you’ll not want to leave. Your guests will be wowed by the downstairs library… until they are transported up the magnificent staircase to the upper library. And from then on the party is literally next level. Fact.

Drumtochty Castle weddings in autumn are simply magical. Andrea and Mike planned theirs to perfection – with the sage greens and golds and oranges of the flowers creating a warmth within the castle as well as outwith.
Getting to know these two as been a lot of fun. They make a top team and have a similar wonderful sense of humour. Highlights from their day include Andrea’s walk down the aisle, the emotional readings, the quaich ceremony (led by Uncle John), the speeches (Andrea’s killer line announcing “Mike I have made you a better person” had the room in stitches). And of course the most brilliant first dance.
Laura and Calum’s wedding was always going to be a day filled with smiles a-plenty and the kind of party atmosphere that fills Mansfield to its rooftops. It was such a privilege to photograph this wedding as it feels like we’ve known Laura forever and meeting Calum and little Rae has been a delight.
Words these two would use to sum up their wedding are sentimental, sincere and silly… it was a day jam-packed with friends, family, fun and a wee dram or two of Fluffylump.
The Royal College of Physicians is a little piece of wedding magic right in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre. For Isla and Patrick it was nothing short of perfect.
It’s a known fact that they are besotted with each other. In the best kind of way which means they look out for each other and take the time to check-in (even on the wedding morning) But also they include all of their family and friends which makes everyone love them more Their vows were the most beautiful vows we have ever heard, but then they are both exceptionally gifted with words so we should have expected nothing less.
