Sarah & Angus, The Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh

It had to snow on Sarah and Angus’ wedding day. It’s kind of a family tradition. And amazingly these two managed to arrange that it did – just a little in the morning. But that still counts right?

Despite the snow, Sarah was determined to go up Calton Hill and we loved her style… and bravery – it was verry chilly! But lots of fun…and it made the lovely fires and warmth of The Balmoral Hotel even more appealing.

This was such a fun wedding to be part of as these two are so relaxed with each other and just fit together perfectly.

Guys – thank you for being total stars… soo many highlights. From Angus being an ‘awful’ husband (as if!) through to your no less than two very special first dances – that’s exactly how to do it.

Oh and Scott – there are definitely lots of ‘keepers’.

Enjoy some of our highlights from your stunning wedding day. Can-not wait to hear about your honeymoon. Bet it was out of this world.

See you soon,

A&N

Real Life Wedding: St Michael’s Linlithgow, followed by Dundas Castle

27 September 2025

From our very first meeting with Catherine and Alex, when they told us about their Dundas Castle wedding, we were grinning from ear to ear. These two are warm, easy going and love each other to bits. The way they speak about their family and friends made it clear that this wedding was going to be a blast from beginning to end.

Real Life Wedding: Seamill Hydro

19 September 2025

The Seamill Hydro is one of those wedding venues where you feel like you’ve escaped for the weekend. For Kirsty and Ross their wedding was all about ’emotional hilarity’ which is a phrase we understand completely. These two chose marriage because they love each other to bits and they wanted to share that with their family and friends (who they are super close to). But also life is too short not to have an absolute blast whenever you get the opportunity so why let your wedding day be anything less that 100% fun?

Real Life Wedding: Drumsheugh Gardens and Noto, Edinburgh

18 September 2025

Cori and Ian’s wedding was  magical. From their ceremony (a private garden in the heart of Edinburgh’s new town)  to their party (dinner at their favourite restaurant with their closest family and friends) it was a dream. Add to that a moment set aside for their firstlook and quality time spent in the gardens sipping champagne, hanging out with their favourites and even walking with their daughter little P and first born four legged Finn.
