Mansfield Traquair is a pretty special place to get married. Combine the vibrant colours and amazing lighting with some super-lush styling and candles a-plenty from Planet Flowers and the scene set for Rhiannon and Ross’ wedding was one of autumnal wedding gorgeousness.
Rhiannon and Ross – you two fit together soooo well. Hanging out with you guys is just so chilled and so enjoyable – just like your wedding day.
We loved the thought and care you put into your day to make it really beautiful – how bloomin’ brilliant was the purple carpet at Mansfield Traquair? Your candy bar and white post box (we liked that lots!) And the bridesmaids dresses?! Swoon tastic!
Here’s a little glimpse into Rhiannon and Ross’ wedding day. We hope you enjoy this as much as we did…

OK – candy bar and white post box… yes please!
Loved, loved, loved this heart of candles – inspired!
All the place settings had personalised gingerbread men. Sweet!
The wedding breakfast, created by Heritage Portfolio, was top-notch as ever. Just check out that desert…
Katie and Michael’s Mansfield Traquair wedding was all about enjoying every single minute. Which was pretty easy as literally this pair walk into a room and bring the party.
Dundas Castle is always magical at the start of autumn. The trees are on the edge of turning and when you step inside the Castle the smell of the fires welcomes you. For Alice and Daniel September is also a pretty special month as it’s also the month they first met (at Glasgow University fresher’s week).
Beverley and Mark’s Drumtochty Castle wedding was personal and perfect from beginning to end. They had all their favourite people involved (from Stepdad Ross and his brother Charlie conducting the service through to friends playing the organ). Oh and one of the best surprises had to be Mark’s family serenading this pair (we will always think of you when we hear the song Alleluia )
gorgeous wedding!! definitely one of my favourite venues!! well done guys, beautiful pics! xx
