This wedding was an amazing day, packed with love, laughter, fun, faith, children playing and bucket-loads of personality…
We loved that Rachael and Alex chose to do their wedding their way. They so obviously love their friends and family to bits and wanted to spoil them and just really enjoy a great party to celebrate their wedding.
Their ceremony was such an important part of their day as they got married at their own church Christchurch, Morningside where so many of their friends from church helped them celebrate their day. From the amazing music and choir in the ceremony to the superb lunch after the service so much care was put into it all.
The celebrations continued later in the day at The George Hotel in Edinburgh and what a great evening it was. The dancefloor was well and truly rocking…
Rachael and Alex you two are a great team and we knew your wedding would be truly awesome (to use a Rachael word). You are both so genuine and so open with everyone that you make those around you feel special. We hope you’re having a fab time away together on honeymoon… we’re looking forward to hearing all about it.

In the best kind of way which means they look out for each other and take the time to check-in (even on the wedding morning) But also they include all of their family and friends which makes everyone love them more Their vows were the most beautiful vows we have ever heard, but then they are both exceptionally gifted with words so we should have expected nothing less.

From our very first meeting with Catherine and Alex, when they told us about their Dundas Castle wedding, we were grinning from ear to ear. These two are warm, easy going and love each other to bits. The way they speak about their family and friends made it clear that this wedding was going to be a blast from beginning to end.
