We had a great time at the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh last weekend with Helen and Pete. The setting for their intimate ceremony in the Tropical Palmhouse was amazing and the new John Hope Gateway was a great place to enjoy champagne and canapes while we got some fab shots.
Helen and Pete, we feel like we’ve known you for years – you are such a lovely, genuine couple and so clearly great together. It has been a real joy getting to know you (over email and then in person).
Whenever we hear ‘fly me to the moon’ we’ll think of you two – such an appropriate first dance song for you guys! Have a fantastic trip back to Dubai and we look forward to designing your wedding album – it will be stunning!
Dundas Castle was dressed to impress for Sukanya and Mark’s wedding. But even more than that this pair brought the party. Their family and friends were genuine, kind and absolutely hilarious. From impromptu karaoke to dancing during the drinks reception, everyone threw themselves into the celebration.
Vibrant, energetic and unforgettable…. all words that perfectly sum up Tasmin and David’s Dundas Castle wedding. This pair literally throw themselves into life and their wedding day was exactly the same. We love how they did things their way – including having flower grannies over flower girls. Genius!
The Balmoral Hotel’s afternoon teas are legendary, so what better way to celebrate your wedding than with an iconic afternoon tea with all your guests? Especially when everyone’s flown in from North America. Nora and Chris took it a step further and involved their guests in conducting the ceremony. Their guests acted as celebrant. It was perfect and so intimate and one or two tears were shed along the way.
