Gillian & Callum’s Wedding, Glasgow University Chapel followed by Turnberry Resort, Ayrshire

When Gillian and Callum booked their wedding at Turnberry they had a vision of enjoying their wedding breakfast with their wedding guests as the sunset over Ailsa Craig… and this happened beautifully. In fact all of their planning and detailing just came together perfectly and their friends and family were treated to a truly fantastic day filled with love and fun – Callum’s has a great laugh – it’s so infectious…

We loved the combination of Glasgow University Chapel and Turnberry, the historic old and gorgeous new… as their guests arrived at Turnberry they received cocktails and canapés of fish and chips and scallops… such a lovely treat on a wet and wild afternoon.

Gill and Call thank you for asking us to be part of your wedding day. Your day was every bit as beautiful, relaxed and fun as you’d planned (and a whole lot more).

Here’s a taster of your wedding day – really looking forward to catching-up with you and letting you re-live it all once again…

See you soon,

Real Life Wedding: Hopetoun House

25 May 2024

Hopetoun House is magical pretty much most days. But the day of Nic and Oli’s wedding it seemed to have an extra layer of something. Perhaps it was the weather (impeccably behaved for once), or the sweet sound of laughter on the breeze, or just the general vibe of all things extraordinarily perfect…

Real Life Wedding: Dunglass Estate

06 April 2024

Alex and Molly are the kind of people who embrace life and all it throws at them. Including what we can only be described as the windiest wedding I think we’ve ever been at (think winds of 50 mph – enough to take out huge stone planters) And the result was a wedding day that was even more magical that anyone could have imagined.

Real Life Wedding: Drumtochty Castle

03 April 2024

Their spring wedding was beautiful in spite of the rain (think one of the wettest days ever). Actually it was a little more beautiful because of the rain. As family and friends dashed for cover under mutlicloured brollies there were smile, giggles and lot of togetherness. And what could be better than cosying up in Drumtochty Castle as the wood burners crackle?
