Katharine & Colin’s Wedding – Saturday 30th April 2016
There is something rather special about photographing the wedding of someone you’ve known for years…
From the very first phone call with Colin to the meeting lovely Katherine we were super stoked to be part of this wedding. We loved their vision for their day – relaxed and with lots of family and friends playing a part.
Mr and Mrs Mac how perfect was your wedding day? From hanging out with team Bride and team Groom in the morning (Niels and I were debating who had more fun – impossible to call!) through to your dancing at night it was so much fun.
How to sum up your day? Well we reckon the Proclaimer’s did say it best:
“And I’ll be the one who’s by your side
I’ll be the one still taking pride
When we’re old if they ask me “How do you define succes?”
I’ll say, You meet a woman
You fall in love, You ask her and
She says “Yes”
Here’s a flavour of your day. Big Blue Sky love,

Could you plan a secret wedding in Edinburgh just a few days before Christmas? Would you be able to keep it from your friends and family? Not sure I’d be able to stop from spilling the beans…quite how Kate and Ian managed at to keep their secret Christmas wedding at The Balmoral Hotel up their sleeve I have no idea. Massive kudos to you.
Cassie and Tom’s Christmas wedding at Mansfield Traquair was a festive celebration of love, laughter and one or two surprises 😉 We knew this was going to be the most epic of weddings, but still we were both blown away by the energy of these two. This is a couple who live and love 100mph and everyone around them adores them.
Barnbougle Castle in autumn literally glows from the inside out. So it was the perfect location for Babette and Lawrie’s wonderful thanksgiving inspired wedding. This pair met 59 months ago, yet fit together so well you can’t imagine them not being a couple.
