You only have to look over our blog to see how much we adore being at weddings – this was one of those super special weddings to be at… Combine the most lovely Fiona and Andrew (who are sooo clearly just made for each other) and the beautiful venues of Crammond Kirk and then Hopetoun House and we knew that it was going to be pretty magical occasion…
Fiona you looked absolutely ah-mazing – your dress was totally perfect and all your planning came together like a dream (if truth be told, we expected nothing less!) Andrew – your speech rocked, big style.
The girls had a fun morning hanging out at Dakota and Grace the flower-girl was a star (and really, really enjoyed all the sausages!). The boys meanwhile met at Crammond Inn for a quick pint and planning meeting (okay, we made that bit up!)
We think we also broke a wedding record at Fiona and Andrew’s wedding as there were five previous Blue Sky wedding clients at this wedding… wowzers! It was really lovely to see so many familiar faces – the impressive thing was that we all still look so young (and we’re clearly including ourselves in this..!)
And now, the wedding of Fiona and Andrew… enjoy this lots it’s so special…
Fiona and Andrew suggested doing their family shots in the Yellow Drawing Room of Hopetoun House – just how chic does it look?
The ballroom meanwhile, looked stunning with Planet Flowers beautiful creations.
Mr and Mrs Sloan – thank you for inviting us to be a part of your day, big congratulations again! We hope you had a fantastic honeymoon are enjoying married life lots. We’ll see you in a few weeks!

Dundas Castle was dressed to impress for Sukanya and Mark’s wedding. But even more than that this pair brought the party. Their family and friends were genuine, kind and absolutely hilarious. From impromptu karaoke to dancing during the drinks reception, everyone threw themselves into the celebration.
Vibrant, energetic and unforgettable…. all words that perfectly sum up Tasmin and David’s Dundas Castle wedding. This pair literally throw themselves into life and their wedding day was exactly the same. We love how they did things their way – including having flower grannies over flower girls. Genius!
The Balmoral Hotel’s afternoon teas are legendary, so what better way to celebrate your wedding than with an iconic afternoon tea with all your guests? Especially when everyone’s flown in from North America. Nora and Chris took it a step further and involved their guests in conducting the ceremony. Their guests acted as celebrant. It was perfect and so intimate and one or two tears were shed along the way.
That two are right handy with a camera, aren’t they!! Lovely pics of you both, hope to see you soon xx
