Tanya and Lee planned their Edinburgh wedding (with a little help from Mum) from across the pond in New York City. Taking inspiration from Edinburgh’s rich history, (think a Castle built on an extinct volcano and the birthplace of Harry Potter) the stage was set for a day that was as much fun as it was magical.
The wind may have blowing a hoolie (for our American cousins, google it!) and the rain lashing, but that didn’t stop anybody enjoying every second of this wedding…
Tanya and Lee and the entire American clan, you guys are off-the-scale brilliant. To be with you for a day was bundle of fun. Here’s some of my favourites of your very own Edinburgh wedding adventure.

Katie and Michael’s Mansfield Traquair wedding was all about enjoying every single minute. Which was pretty easy as literally this pair walk into a room and bring the party.
Dundas Castle is always magical at the start of autumn. The trees are on the edge of turning and when you step inside the Castle the smell of the fires welcomes you. For Alice and Daniel September is also a pretty special month as it’s also the month they first met (at Glasgow University fresher’s week).
Beverley and Mark’s Drumtochty Castle wedding was personal and perfect from beginning to end. They had all their favourite people involved (from Stepdad Ross and his brother Charlie conducting the service through to friends playing the organ). Oh and one of the best surprises had to be Mark’s family serenading this pair (we will always think of you when we hear the song Alleluia )
