A sun drenched, summer wedding at Edinburgh’s Dundas Castle is pretty magical at the best of times, but when you add into this the amazing post-lockdown wedding party, you can begin to feel the amazing celebration that was Megan and Shawn’s real life Scottish wedding at Dundas Castle.
This was a wedding day that was all about fun, family and friends getting together in this sublime Scottish castle setting.
There are so many special moments that make up this wedding day. From the moment when those big white gates opened and Megan walked down the aisle with her Dad (after a build up of the cutest procession of pageboys and flower girls ever) it was a breathtaking moment. Throughout the whole day this pair were so relaxed and threw themselves into having the best day ever,
To those few quiet stolen moments between Megan and Shawn on the top of the ancient keep roof taking in the epic vistas over to Edinburgh, Fife and beyond…
The crowning moment has to be when they were FINALLY announced as Mr and Mrs Milne.
Megan and Shawn thank you for letting us be part of your glorious wedding. We’re delighted it all did worked out so perfectly for you after the planning and re-planning.

Katie and Michael’s Mansfield Traquair wedding was all about enjoying every single minute. Which was pretty easy as literally this pair walk into a room and bring the party.
Dundas Castle is always magical at the start of autumn. The trees are on the edge of turning and when you step inside the Castle the smell of the fires welcomes you. For Alice and Daniel September is also a pretty special month as it’s also the month they first met (at Glasgow University fresher’s week).
Beverley and Mark’s Drumtochty Castle wedding was personal and perfect from beginning to end. They had all their favourite people involved (from Stepdad Ross and his brother Charlie conducting the service through to friends playing the organ). Oh and one of the best surprises had to be Mark’s family serenading this pair (we will always think of you when we hear the song Alleluia )
