We were so delighted to be back at Drumtochty Castle for a real life wedding. And what better wedding to be photographing that this pair?
It helps that Laura and Grant picked the best date to get married. The very same date Niels and I picked a few… ahem… years ago.
Add into the mix that we are already completely smitten by most of Grant’s family (cutest flower girl ever alert) and that Laura’s family are every bit as lovely. And yes we were in wedding heaven. That’s also before we’ve mentioned Camper Vans, Dexter Dog cameos and wheelchair races with Gran…
Thank you Laura and Grant for being so wonderfully you and for being up for hiking through forests and chasing sunsets. We’ll always be grateful that we got to tell your wedding story.
Can’t wait to share all with you soon.

Katie and Michael’s Mansfield Traquair wedding was all about enjoying every single minute. Which was pretty easy as literally this pair walk into a room and bring the party.
Dundas Castle is always magical at the start of autumn. The trees are on the edge of turning and when you step inside the Castle the smell of the fires welcomes you. For Alice and Daniel September is also a pretty special month as it’s also the month they first met (at Glasgow University fresher’s week).
Beverley and Mark’s Drumtochty Castle wedding was personal and perfect from beginning to end. They had all their favourite people involved (from Stepdad Ross and his brother Charlie conducting the service through to friends playing the organ). Oh and one of the best surprises had to be Mark’s family serenading this pair (we will always think of you when we hear the song Alleluia )
Great photos of a very special day, lovely to be back together with family for Grant and Laura’s wedding.
