Summer weddings at Drumtochty Castle are always magical. Lindsey and Giedrius’ was the kind of wedding we love – filled with so many emotional and wonderfully wild moments which made it absolutely perfect. It helps that this pair (and their family and friends – who literally came from all over the world) know how to party.
Their wedding was made even more memorable by the contributions of family and friends. Phil’s organ performance, Patrick’s heartfelt reading, and Gabe’s singing (no dry eyes in the church) were all highlights. One of Lindsey and Giedrius’ joint favourite moments was their first dance – a memory they would happily replay over and over again. And judging by the guests reaction everyone else would too.
Thank you Lindsey and G for throwing yourself into every single part of your day and for being up for chasing the sun and clambering over hills and crumbling bridges. We’re delighted we were able to help you keep the Lithuanian tradition of the bride being carried over a bridge, alive. And with such style!
You’re absolutely right – your wedding was a true fairytale.

P.S. Gutted we didn’t get to see Giedrius dressed up in a kilt.

Dundas Castle was dressed to impress for Sukanya and Mark’s wedding. But even more than that this pair brought the party. Their family and friends were genuine, kind and absolutely hilarious. From impromptu karaoke to dancing during the drinks reception, everyone threw themselves into the celebration.
Vibrant, energetic and unforgettable…. all words that perfectly sum up Tasmin and David’s Dundas Castle wedding. This pair literally throw themselves into life and their wedding day was exactly the same. We love how they did things their way – including having flower grannies over flower girls. Genius!
The Balmoral Hotel’s afternoon teas are legendary, so what better way to celebrate your wedding than with an iconic afternoon tea with all your guests? Especially when everyone’s flown in from North America. Nora and Chris took it a step further and involved their guests in conducting the ceremony. Their guests acted as celebrant. It was perfect and so intimate and one or two tears were shed along the way.
