Real Life Scottish wedding: Dalmeny Kirk, South Queensferry

Emily & Cammy

You two were meant to be

Dalmeny Kirk was the perfect setting for this 2020 wedding.

This is the only the second wedding we’ve photographed this year where the date didn’t change. This fabulous pair were planning to get married in 2020 and get married they did. And being honest, they couldn’t have created a more perfect day.

To say Alie and I had been holding out for this wedding would be an understatement…  Emily and Cammy you know how much we adore you (and your families). You two are so clearly meant to be. The world is, without question, a lighter, brighter and more brilliant place for you two being in it.

What an incredible celebration of love we were humbled to be a part of; one where huge love and deep faith intertwined. And yes there were tears (Niels in particular)

Thank you, thank you, thank you for letting us be your wedding photographers. And that enormous party next year? We’ll be there with bells on (perhaps literally if we can find any!!!)

Real Life Wedding: Hopetoun House

25 May 2024

Hopetoun House is magical pretty much most days. But the day of Nic and Oli’s wedding it seemed to have an extra layer of something. Perhaps it was the weather (impeccably behaved for once), or the sweet sound of laughter on the breeze, or just the general vibe of all things extraordinarily perfect…

Real Life Wedding: Dunglass Estate

06 April 2024

Alex and Molly are the kind of people who embrace life and all it throws at them. Including what we can only be described as the windiest wedding I think we’ve ever been at (think winds of 50 mph – enough to take out huge stone planters) And the result was a wedding day that was even more magical that anyone could have imagined.

Real Life Wedding: Drumtochty Castle

03 April 2024

Their spring wedding was beautiful in spite of the rain (think one of the wettest days ever). Actually it was a little more beautiful because of the rain. As family and friends dashed for cover under mutlicloured brollies there were smile, giggles and lot of togetherness. And what could be better than cosying up in Drumtochty Castle as the wood burners crackle?
