And so, we’ve arrived at the final Blue Sky wedding of 2011. What a great end to a fantastic year…
The story of Carolyn and Toby is so romantic… from first meeting in Rome outside a metro station to getting married in a fairytale Scottish Castle.
Their day was packed full of beautiful personal touches and filled with lots of lovely music by friends and family. Even the Wheelbase vehicle played it’s part! (although as pointed out in the speeches, if Toby had his way, the wedding theme would have included the green and black colour scheme!)
We love how chilled you both were about the unpredictable Scottish climate. The tag “won’t let it rain on my parade” on Carolyn’s Weddingtons summed up your attitude perfectly.
We hope you two had a fantastic honeymoon in Mauritius – we had serious honeymoon-envy!
Thank you for inviting us to be a part of your wedding. Hope this post brings back lots of memories from your awesome day. Enjoy!
Here’s to an amazing 2012 for you Mr and Mrs D…

Weddings like this are the kind we live for. They’re not about show or drama – just all about love and the people that matter. Thank you Connor and Michael for being our kind of people… cannot wait to see your wedding album come together – it’s going to be incredible!
Wedding days are always unique and special, but for us Kirsty and Andy’s holds a special place in our hearts… we’ve known Kirsty for what feels like forever and we knew this was going to be a day filled with so much love and heart. It was that and more so.. This pair and their family and friends had the best day. One of Kirsty (and her Dad’s) favourite moments was the aisle walk in the church. It’s one of those memories that will also stay with us forever. Talk about epic entrance – the goosebumps were real.
A Christmas wedding at the Signet Library is the stuff dreams are made of. Especially when Planet Flowers added their festive finesse, crafting tables bedecked with Christmas-clad candelabras, brilliant book baubles, and gilded tomes as table names. The table plan, piled high with oversized books and quills, was nothing short of storybook perfection.
