We knew from the start that Caroline and Stuart’s wedding at Hopetoun House was going to have so much love, care and attention poured into it.
From our ‘first date’ with this fantastic duo, we couldn’t wait to see how all their plans and ideas for their wedding would come together… and it was stunning in every way… from how Caroline looked to the vibrant blues and pinks throughout (even down to pashminas as favours for the ladies hand-picked in New York!) And what can we say about Planet Flowers‘ creations?!! They were nothing short of ahh-mazing and totally wowed everyone (including us!) We loved the modern edge to the ballroom at Hopetoun House.
Steve and Stu from Design Scotland Video were in top form as ever – loved working with you guys!. We can’t wait to see the beautiful film we know you’ll create…
Caroline and Stu you are such a relaxed and ‘together’ couple who have obviously found your true soul-mates in each other. We’ve loved getting to know you both and to sharing lots of giggles, late night emails and all your excitement in the lead-up to your wedding day… and to keeping up with all your journeys (and those of Caroline’s dress!!!). We were really honoured to be a part of your fab Scottish wedding. Thank you lots…
Here are some of our highlights from a fab, fab day… enjoy them… Happily Ever After does start here.
Speak soon,
A&Nx
P.S. We’re looking forward to your next update on your honeymoon journey.
Katie and Michael’s Mansfield Traquair wedding was all about enjoying every single minute. Which was pretty easy as literally this pair walk into a room and bring the party.
Dundas Castle is always magical at the start of autumn. The trees are on the edge of turning and when you step inside the Castle the smell of the fires welcomes you. For Alice and Daniel September is also a pretty special month as it’s also the month they first met (at Glasgow University fresher’s week).
Beverley and Mark’s Drumtochty Castle wedding was personal and perfect from beginning to end. They had all their favourite people involved (from Stepdad Ross and his brother Charlie conducting the service through to friends playing the organ). Oh and one of the best surprises had to be Mark’s family serenading this pair (we will always think of you when we hear the song Alleluia )
Looks like a beautiful day despite no sun!
Congratulations!
love the vases with the flowers and the old frames with old photographs… and obviosly the new “blue-sky” photographs..
