Ashley & Andrew

Mr & Mrs Spud

Ashley & Andrew – Saturday 15th August 2015

This was a day we’d been looking forward to for ages. Not least as we adore a good McLachlan gathering (who doesn’t?) but also because Ash and Andrew are the most fun, down-to-earth couple ever – so we knew it was going to be a cracker.

Every part of this day fitted, from the incredible location on the shores of Loch Lomond, the sun-drenched evening, the styling and of course the wonderful friends and family.

Mr and Mrs Spud (love that!) your wedding was truly fantastic from beginning to end (complete with puppies and horses), and we are so delighted you allowed us be part of it.

Here’s how we saw your wedding day…

P.S. Remember we’re coming for Christmas…

Real Life Wedding: Hopetoun House

25 May 2024

Hopetoun House is magical pretty much most days. But the day of Nic and Oli’s wedding it seemed to have an extra layer of something. Perhaps it was the weather (impeccably behaved for once), or the sweet sound of laughter on the breeze, or just the general vibe of all things extraordinarily perfect…

Real Life Wedding: Dunglass Estate

06 April 2024

Alex and Molly are the kind of people who embrace life and all it throws at them. Including what we can only be described as the windiest wedding I think we’ve ever been at (think winds of 50 mph – enough to take out huge stone planters) And the result was a wedding day that was even more magical that anyone could have imagined.

Real Life Wedding: Drumtochty Castle

03 April 2024

Their spring wedding was beautiful in spite of the rain (think one of the wettest days ever). Actually it was a little more beautiful because of the rain. As family and friends dashed for cover under mutlicloured brollies there were smile, giggles and lot of togetherness. And what could be better than cosying up in Drumtochty Castle as the wood burners crackle?
