There are not enough words to describe how much fun this Barnbougle Castle wedding was. For anyone that knows Philippa and Tom they know that these two are the perfect match and they know how to party. Scroll down for a look at the dancefloor of dancefloors.
From the outset we knew this was going to be a wedding filled with lots of love, personal touches and one or two animals ???? ????
And that was before we knew about the smoke bombs on Calton Hill… (which team bride also did in the rain – impressive stuff)
Phillipa and Tom thank you so much for picking us to be your wedding photographers. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat – just name the date.
For now, here’s a teaser… can’t wait to share them all with you. Be warned – we love all of your photographs as we had a lot of fodder to work with!
#BigBlueSkyLove,
Alie & Niels xx

Hopetoun House is magical pretty much most days. But the day of Nic and Oli’s wedding it seemed to have an extra layer of something. Perhaps it was the weather (impeccably behaved for once), or the sweet sound of laughter on the breeze, or just the general vibe of all things extraordinarily perfect…
Alex and Molly are the kind of people who embrace life and all it throws at them. Including what we can only be described as the windiest wedding I think we’ve ever been at (think winds of 50 mph – enough to take out huge stone planters) And the result was a wedding day that was even more magical that anyone could have imagined.
Their spring wedding was beautiful in spite of the rain (think one of the wettest days ever). Actually it was a little more beautiful because of the rain. As family and friends dashed for cover under mutlicloured brollies there were smile, giggles and lot of togetherness. And what could be better than cosying up in Drumtochty Castle as the wood burners crackle?
