Our terms and conditions
We want your experience of Blue Sky Photography to be a brilliant one. All aspects of our service are covered by our terms and conditions of trading as outlined below.
In addition, shoots may be covered by specific terms and conditions associated with that service (for example wedding and commercial work).

- All copyright of photographic images remains with Blue Sky Photography Ltd and images may be used in resulting promotion of the studio and its activities.
- Blue Sky Photography photoshoots may involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
- Best practice procedures are always undertaken but Blue Sky Photography Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss of images at our studio.
- Your data may be used by Blue Sky Photography Ltd to advise you of our products, services and special promotions but will never be passed beyond Blue Sky Photography Ltd. We may contact you by post, telephone SMS text or email.
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, there may be slight variance in size of prints or framed products.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change.
Gift voucher terms and conditions
You are able to order gift vouchers and experience vouchers directly and on our website. All gift voucher sales are covered by our terms and conditions.
Postage is an optional upgrade and gift voucher will be supplied as one of our “It’s a gift” cards. Printed gift voucher cards will be sent by first class mail at the earliest opportunity. Gift vouchers are usually sent Monday to Friday. Due to the small nature of the Blue Sky team, we unfortunately cannot guarantee same day dispatch of posted gift vouchers (although naturally will do our very best to ensure this happens).
Electronic email gift voucher will automatically be sent upon processed payment to the payee. There is no additional charge for an electronic gift voucher.
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of sale. Your gift voucher features a unique reference ID code and cannot be extended beyond the expiry date shown on the front of the voucher.
Advance bookings are necessary for all experiences and reservations are subject to studio availability.
Individual shoots and experiences may have specific terms and conditions associated with that particular shoot or experience and are subject to Blue Sky Photography’s general terms and conditions.
Selected blackout dates may apply for all experience and monetary vouchers during which they may not be redeemed. For more information, please contact the studio.
All vouchers may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost and are non-transferable. Once initially redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be transferred to a future visit.
In case of a no-show, the voucher will become null and void.
Certificate must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the relevant property. If not presented, an alternative method of payment will be required.
Monetary vouchers must be redeemed in one single use, no change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued.
Blue Sky Academy training days will only run with minimum numbers and the date therefore may be subject to change if the required number of students is not reached for a particular course.
No photocopies will be accepted.
Prices shown for gift vouchers are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
