The magnificent Dundas Castle lies but a hop skip and a jump from Edinburgh. This gem of a venue is the family home of Sir Jack Stewart Clark and Lady Lydia and could not be a more picture perfect, dreamy wedding venue – matched by the team who will make your every wedding wish come true.
The castle oozes romance and is one seriously luxurious home from home. Utterly perfect for your dreamy wedding that you’ve planned since your were five years old. It’s exclusively yours, so you can use every nook and cranny of Dundas you’d like (with zero chance of running into another bride) and the option to extend the use of the castle across several days. Yes please!
Comfort, flexibility of space and exclusivity puts Dundas Castle up there as one of our most loved. How about holding your wedding ceremony in the Auld Keep or outdoors in the Courtyard? Take a peek at some of the real life weddings we’ve been invited to at Dundas Castle over the years…
Dundas Castle is always magical at the start of autumn. The trees are on the edge of turning and when you step inside the Castle the smell of the fires welcomes you. For Alice and Daniel September is also a pretty special month as it’s also the month they first met (at Glasgow University fresher’s week).
Dundas Castle was dressed to impress for Sukanya and Mark’s wedding. But even more than that this pair brought the party. Their family and friends were genuine, kind and absolutely hilarious. From impromptu karaoke to dancing during the drinks reception, everyone threw themselves into the celebration.
Vibrant, energetic and unforgettable…. all words that perfectly sum up Tasmin and David’s Dundas Castle wedding. This pair literally throw themselves into life and their wedding day was exactly the same. We love how they did things their way – including having flower grannies over flower girls. Genius!
