From the archives – this is a throwback blog post to an archive commercial photography shoot which transformed the Hub’s daytime cafe bar into a corporate pop up bar and event space for San Miguel as part of the #FindYourRich campaign way back in 2018.
The mentioned, the main hall of The Hub (which is no longer operating as an event space outwith the Edinburgh International Festivals) was radically altered. In came a massive immersive installation of experiences to fully engage all senses… sight, sound, taste, smell.
Every angle was covered by this experiment into what it really means to be rich.
Using RFID technology, guest reactions were monitored to produce personalised results of what most enriches your life… Seriously clever stuff. And it obviously needs a seriously clever venue and team to make this all possible.

These images were taken from the Hub’s gallery where you can see the labyrinth and the back of house where everything is prepared and organised – I love seeing behind the scenes of this immersive experience and documenting this for San Miguel. What’s more surprising is the this is a throwback to 2018… it actually doesn’t dated in any way.
